My appointment wasn't with the same person it said on my booking, however Alan did a great job on my hair. I told him how I wanted it to turn out like and he knew exactly what to do. The colour turned out amazingly and I was really happy with the cut.

Disappointing - usually have a really good experience here but I had a different hair dresser and my straight blow dry had weird lumps in it and I had to redo it myself at home.
