I had a horrible experience in this salon. I went in for a trim and asked for no more than 1 inch off and my stylist cut off 4 inches. I was clear that I did not want a blunt cunt and that was what I was given. The salon was unclean and unorganized. I was also asked to put my head between my legs when she blow dried my hair and it was very unprofessional. The stylist also made rude comments about my hair being knoty, despite her being the one that washed it.
Mario & team were lovely, my hair looks great - I’ll definitely go back!
Price of the hair cut was reduced from £60 to £32 with conditioning treatment which sounded like a great deal. However, the conditioning treatment seemed to just be 4 minutes in a budget hair mask. No protective products were used in my hair when styling, which seemed unusual as most salons would use all the latest products. I can't fault the actual hair cut - I had a straight bob cut, no layers - but I do wonder how good the quality would have been if it was a more complex cut as the method of cutting seemed a bit strange (I usually go to trainee hairdresser so have watched many people cut my hair) Probably wouldn't go back, only went as it's open late and I could get an apt on the day
Got what I needed
Had an awesome visit, Eda did a great job with my hair. Was going for a really different look and was nervous about it and Eda made it exactly as I wanted it :)
