Great cut, friendly staff. However I had to pay more than I agreed on via Treatwell. I could not find this extra costs for a haircut on Treatwell so it was a negative surprise

Unfortunately not a good experience. Via phone call I was asked to push back my appointment to a time less convenient for me, but I agreed. I arrived on time, and then sat for around 20 minutes with my hair wet waiting for the stylist to finish with another client. I didn’t question either of these issues. When I then sat down my stylist asked me nothing about what I wanted. I was then told I would be charged extra on top of my booked price due to the length of my hair, despite the fact that there was no mention of this prior to making the booking or even to beginning my treatment. When I expressed that I wasn’t comfortable with this due to having no prior warning, the manager and my stylist were not very polite. I was made to feel responsible for the issue, despite the fact that it wasn’t my error but an issue with the booking system and lack of communication. The conversation escalated to the point where the manager had to ask her colleague to remain polite with me. What should have been a relaxing enjoyable experience was very stressful and made me highly uncomfortable. I tried to remain as polite and quiet as possible for the remainder of my time there but was extremely upset. The treatment itself was fine, however due to how unprofessional and unpleasant the nature of my interactions with the staff were I will not be returning.
