the salon waa great! they did the haircut exactly as I requested and gave some wine and popcorn as well. Perfect!

When arriving, my appointment was pushed back by half an hour. I was already a little stressed about being late to my next commitment. Anyhow, they made a huge effort to ensure I got a special treatment, they were really apologetic and attentive. However, the highlights were then rushed. It should normally take longer and instead my stylist did it very fast. The highlights weren't left on long enough hence my hair doesn't look as blonde as I usually like. Really friendly staff and people but the time of day meant my appointment was rushed, sadly.
