Arrived 10 minutes early and was seen to immediately. Stylist made me a cup of tea whilst waiting for the conditioning mask to work its magic. Promptly had my hair cut and blow dried all completed within 45 minutes. It would have been nicer if the stylist had made some suggestions for re-styling options. However, the service was quick and the stylist was pleasant.
