Booked in for a toner hair cut and blow dry, I only wanted the hair toner for my roots, so a root stretch with toner, they said they couldn’t do this so I asked what all over colour they would recommend. Senior stylist picked out a greyish tone and I am ash blonde, I thought seriously? In the end I asked if they could just put a treatment on my hair as I had already paid for the toner. It wasn’t worth the money.

Excellent place, however not the haircut I wanted. I received exactly the opposite of what I asked for, however I decided not to say anything and just fix on my own. Previous experience have been amazing!
