When arriving, my appointment was pushed back by half an hour. I was already a little stressed about being late to my next commitment. Anyhow, they made a huge effort to ensure I got a special treatment, they were really apologetic and attentive.
However, the highlights were then rushed. It should normally take longer and instead my stylist did it very fast. The highlights weren't left on long enough hence my hair doesn't look as blonde as I usually like.
Really friendly staff and people but the time of day meant my appointment was rushed, sadly.

Emile was really friendly, creative and good at treating me like an individual. I have very fine hair but he made a special effort to send me on my way with fabulous beach waves and even taught me a new blow dry trick that I can do at home. Will definitely come back!

The best salon I’ve been to in the UK. Mario was attentive to my preferences, but also offered some great hairstyling suggestions. He’s also incredibly lovely, and the whole experience was so pleasant. I got a haircut that I’m beyond pleased with, and at an unbelievably good price (about 38% cheaper than my usual salon). Will definitely come back!
