I was very disappointed with my last visit. I have been several times before and had good results but this time, however, when getting my hair dyed dark brown the results ended up being very black (fake looking). I had wanted a natural, healthy looking dark brown. Before I commented the stylist said "its very dark but it will fade". Close friends have told me they "prefer my last colour" and after several washes it is still very black. I hate to complain and am someone who always tips well and never makes a fuss but I was so unhappy that I called the salon a couple of days later and explained to the receptionist who told me the stylist who did my hair had a client but would call me straight back. Over a week later and I am still waiting. This is all a shame as I have been many times and becuaseof this incident and subsequent response will not be back. Do not let this review put you off from going as, like I said, I have had good experiences....just be wary.
