I felt very crammed in as it was so busy. My hair dresser was very friendly but I was a bit bemused that I had to pay more as my hair was so long even though it didn’t take them extra time. My hair is very thin so it’s always very quick to cut compared to someone with shorter but much thicker hair.

Staff were rude because I had accidentally booked medium hair cut instead of long and staff member was abrupt and rude when I didn’t sit back in the chair. Will not go back.

We were looked after very well at Gusto. The staff were kind and welcoming and the cut and colour look great - very pleased. Had to wait for about 10-15 minutes, at first, but I had made a mistake with the booking and booked the wrong type of colour and they were very accommodating even though the treatment needed took more time.
Would go back again, thanks Gusto!

I’ve had a great experience and love the hair cut. The staff were all very nice and love that they offer you popcorn!!! Phillipos was very kind and gave me great advise which worked out great. Also great value. I’m very happy and I think I found my go to place.
