When you workout with Gus, you get a trainer who genuinely cares about you, your health and your body. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition is expansive and his ability to motivate you into "beast mode" is impressive. One of Gus' strengths is that he is always adjusting the workouts based on your progress. Every time a workout starts getting easy, he knows just how to step it up a notch.

Many people might be surprised at the price, but for someone serious about changing their health, lifestyle, and the way they look, there is nothing more important than a trainer with the experience and passion required to guide you through a personal transformation. In that regard Gus is the best there is, and worth every penny.

Gus has been my trainer for two years now. He's helped me drop 8% body fat and overall make me stronger. I always found it quite tough motivating myself to train sometimes and Gus has always made training interesting has been able to create a structure to my training that I can stick to. He knowledge of the human body is exemplary and he's good at breaking down complex terms into simple concepts to understand.
He's also very knowledgable about diet and nutrition which is something I've tried to focus on and have definitely seen results.
Overall if you're looking for a PT that's expert in their field, a great motivator and someone that is driven for results then Gus is your man
