Although the offer seemed great value for money for Gel manicure and pedicure and the therapist was very friendly and chatty, the end result was very poor. The treatment seemed very rushed and both manicure and pedicure was completed in under an hour. Several fingers and toes did not set so the therapist removed only the top layer and layered new varnish over the rest of it. Almost all finger nails have chipped or lifted with 3 days of having it done and I think this was due to them being rushed and not properly removed on the fingers that did not set first time. I would not recommend this treatment.
Mani and Pedi Shillac, doesn't include a soak or exfoliate so this is wrongly adveritised. The nails varnish was good though and therapist chatty. Loud radio music didn't help the atmosphere though.

A very good done before my holiday. Lasted throughout. Would recommend.
The staff were friendly, helpful and chatty. A relaxing experience and I would definitely go again and recommend to others.
The salon is shabby. The pedicure a huge disappointment. On the voucher it said 40 mins duration and it lasted 25 mins. There was no soaking of feet and hardly any preparation to feet before gel polish was put on. The polish was applied to feet that could have been dirty for all the therapist seemed to care. Even the application of the polish wasn't done as professionally as I expected. In fact the polish was touched by the therapist and she just buffed it over and reapplied the top coat. When I got home and looked properly it wasn't as smooth as it should have been. Not what I had expected at all and I don't believe that it was a £19 pedicure as had been described. It was hardly worth the £10 I had paid. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND CERTAINLY WON'T BE GOING BACK AGAIN.
