Awful check in experience. The hotel is OK, a little tired in places. Spa desk was unmanned so it was difficult to speak to anyone. Treatment was really nice, the therapist was very accommodating and both the facial and massage was lovely. It was a shame there was no opportunity to buy some of the products at the end. Steam room was cold in the morning, it needs to be turned on earlier.

Overall the staff were helpful and friendly and we had a nice afternoon. There were times where nobody was at reception though so people just hanging about waiting. Was called in for my massage late but it finished bang on the dot so didn't get my full 50m, the massage itself was good and the therapist listened well but found the head rest too hard.

Hotel nice, had twin room which had limited head space but making it slightly awkward for two adults but was clean and nice bathroom. Towels slight worn in bathroom and spa.

Swedish Massage is a must, all the therapists we had were outstanding and very friendly, definitely going to book with them again!
The outdoor hot tub is a must try too!
