My massage was incredible and the staff were lovely. The downside is that the changing rooms and showers were mixed, which felt very dated.

Nice hotel and the food was really great, although the coffee at breakfast and dinner was poor - fresh filter coffee would be much better than the machine. Very friendly service and good spa facilities. A pity the communal areas like the lounge were cold, although the bedroom and restaurant were fine.
Generally very good but let down by penny-pinching in one or two areas - e.g. chocolates included in 'romantic break' were just 3 in a box - expected more!

We had a lovely experience on a girls weekend away and we were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Guildford Manor.
The outdoor pool area is a wonderful addition and we enjoyed our massages

The venue had altered the original booking. I booked for a facial and my husband booked completely separately for a massage. The venue combined our bookings based on our same surname, and when we arrived, we were called through to a double room for a couples massage. When we explained the issue, they could not do separate treatments in different rooms but they could still do a facial for me. This was fine for us but wouldn’t be if we weren’t a couple! The treatment I received though was great.
