A really lovely stay. However, treatments were originally booked on arrival day for 4 and 5pm. They then booked us also into afternoon tea at 5pm. Which was the latest spot. I called and explained and they moved our treatments to 10am the following day. Which was fine but we had to check out at 11am. With a 55 minute treatment that was going to be impossible. The timings of the bookings and tea meant we had very little time to enjoy the spa. We asked for a late check out but none available.
