The hotel was comfortable and the outdoor spa area lovely. The facial I had however was terrible. After a very nice welcome the experience went rapidly downhill, treatment room way too hot, therapist left his coat on the client chair, application of products poorly executed, massage too rough. Feedback given at the time but no apology or improvement by therapist. Duty manager discounted 50% and gave us a bottle of Prosecco appreciated but definitely won’t return.
