There didn’t appear to be many staff but the ones that were there were very good . My massage therapist was excellent, I asked for a firm massage and that is what I got. Well done Fiona

I booked for myself and my mum. We both had Swedish massages.. but could not have them at the same time, meaning we only got to spend an hour and a half together on a day that we paid over £250 for that was supposed to be a day we spent together.
I called the week before to ask if we could have treatments at the same time.. I even offered to change treatment if it meant we could have it at the same time and I basically got told tough luck. I also asked on the day and got the same response.

The room we had the furniture was old and tired and nothing matched at all. The bedding was good quality, however the pillows were disappointing! Small room but we had a nice view looking over the grounds and outdoor swimming pool. Very strange having to pay £100 returnable deposit on the room in case of damages, but we found furniture was damaged and scratched upon arriving! Restaurant was nice and the food was good and presented well.

I would highly recommend this spa & hotel. Disappointed that the vitality pool on Friday was not turned on and we could not charge ANY orders to our room even though we paid £100 holding fee, This is not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. This put a dampener on our stay.
