Couldn't really fault our spa break. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were really comfortable, the hotel was clean and in great condition and the food was amazing. My only slight issue was the massage was slightly late starting and there was no relaxing music for the first 10 minutes in the room and the lighting wasn't as relaxing. However I think this was the exception as we've been here for massages before and didn't have these issues.

This massage was mediocre at best & definitely not a deep tissue. The whole experience was a bit odd & just felt unprofessional. When I arrived they seemed surprised I had a booking & my therapist was 15 minutes late. The towel to cover you was slightly damp & the chair to put your stuff was full of towels. Then the massage was honestly weird. Like long strokes & just not at all what I would class as deep tissue. I think I was unlucky as sister had a great Swedish massage at the same time.

Wajid was great. The head massage in particular was lovely. It was a real shame that the timings were off. My wife was collected for her facial at 11:00. By 11:10 I was still waiting in the spa reception, I eventually asked a cleaner where to go and was directed up to the treatment rooms as the previous client finished at 11:10. By the time we started at was 11:15 and I was back in the spa reception by 11:55. That is just not a 50minute massage which is what I paid for.
