No atmosphere and no welcoming. No one one duty. It was meant to be a 50minute massage and yet was only 45 minutes.
No level of real care and a bit disappointed if honest

Quite disappointing to be honest- spa area is pretty dingy (given this is a 4 star hotel we expected much better). More than 5 mins of the massage time was taken up by filling in more forms meaning we were late going in, but it was still stopped at the original time. Never asked how the pressure was and came out wishing we'd gone somewhere else.

The changing rooms were not only unisex but worse than a council swimming pool. Dirty floor and not enough lockers. There was no luxury at all which you would expect for a spa experience. I certainly would not recommend.

Upon arrival the lockers were full, meaning we had nowhere to leave our stuff whilst using the spa.
The facial was good, however it is disappointing that the website displays less than what is available. The treatment menu is more extensive in person, and had those been available to select online, we would've chosen something different.
The outside pool area is great. However the rest of the facilities let the spa down.
The afternoon tea was poor. Poor selection of both sandwiches and desserts.

The venue looks nicer in reality than the website (you need new publicity pics!) the staff were lovely and helpful. The spa facilities were nice. Missed a relaxation room and the showers were quite old. The bedroom was really nice and pretty quiet. The food and drink was good. breakfast was really nice quality ingredients. Facial was excellent. Massage was nice but could have been firmer
