This was my 8th time going i love this place hotel is lovely garden is beautiful staff are lovely the peacock is funny outdoor spa also I love the hotel we be going back again

A bit shabby in places but generally clean. Mo in restaurant was friendly and attentive. Food was top notch. Vodka a complete rip off at £10 for a single Smirnoff.
Would return but the cost of the vodka made my stay far more expensive than I was expecting, so probably won't.

Me and my partner had a great time at the Guildford Manor. We had a massage which was the best massage I have ever had (Vivian was amazing!) and we also had an afternoon tea which was delicious. The views from the hotel are stunning and the whole stay was so relaxing.

The staff were very nice but things were unclear and we were given the wrong opening time for the spa, so we came down after it had already closed. That was really annoying because we paid for that specifically. The dinner was nice and we thought it would was 2 for £25 as advertised but we were later told that that only applies outside of weekends.
The room was nice but there was no phone/sign for room service, and with thin walls you could hear every conversation in adjacent rooms.
