Not relaxing at all. Treatment rooms are bedrooms with treatment beds in. Other bedrooms were begin cleaned / hoovered next door, my therapist had to stop and leave the room to tell the cleaners to be quiet. After a short time they carried on hovering, chatting and slamming doors. Room was cold, I asked for my feet to not be touched on my consultation form but this must not of been looked at as my feet were massaged. I was told I would have an Elemis oil, however basic massage oil was used.

Both hot tubs were cold which was a real shame as the outdoor hot tub looks beautiful.
It was also a little chilly in the treatment rooms

Reception area of the spa not manned and not set up to have a quiet relaxing time between treatments. Music was a pop and rock playlist!
Only given one towel - not a big towel and once wet from swim, no way to get a new towel.
Pool and steam rooms clean. Couldn’t work out how to use the indoor jacuzzi and no one available to ask.
Outdoor jacuzzi was excellent. Water warm on a cool October day.
Afternoon tea good, could have been offered more sandwiches.

The reservation manager William handled our booking extremely well.
Roseanna provided excellent massages and was very professional and courteous.
We have recommend the venue to our friends after our fantastic experience.
