Had a really enjoyable time. Gym well equipped. Shame steam room wasn't working. One of the beds by the pool was broken. Indoor jacuzzi a little cool and the outside one e had to clear of leaves. Restaurant lovely, welcoming staff at dinner and breakfast. Food beautifully presented and tasty. Corridors heading yo the room were very cold but the bedroom was of a good temperature. Comfy bed despite the poor quality pillows. The hot water took so long to come through, ended flooding the shower
Generally satisfied with our stay, however on Saturday morning we were told all spa facilities were open (per advertised opening hours) but discovered the steam room was out of order and had to wait until nearly 10am for the outdoor thermal spa to be opened. On Sunday we were told the same but discovered as well as the above, the inside jacuzzi had not been switched on and had to wait an hour for this and the thermal spa to be switched on.
Loved our stay. William was very helpful and changed our treatment times so we could all enjoy our afternoon tea together thank you so much.
Fantastic experience, delicious afternoon tea, would recommend
Avoid! All areas including showers were dirty. Change rooms unisex, had no wash etc, half the lockers didn’t lock and no plug for hair dryer etc. Not enough loungers to accommodate everyone. Facial was booked for 30 mins but was 5 mins late in collecting me then finished 4 mins early. Would have been a maximum of 18 mins by the time it had started. Facial was ok but very obvious he was new. Package included afternoon tea - sandwiches were dried out. All in all, a waste of money and bad experienc
