As a guest in the hotel, we could have been provided with more information on arrival at the hotel with regards to being provided with towels for the pool and dressing gown & footwear.

Lovely spa treatments, swimming, jacuzzi inside and outside! The overnight stay was a problem because there weren't enough restaurant staff and kitchen staff leading to very long wait for the cream tea and breakfast. I felt very sorry for the 2 - yes only 2 waiting staff - for a large number of guests. They were run off their feet and so embarrassed.
