No atmosphere at hotel
Previous occupants towel still in bathroom.
No daytime facilities for food or drink.
Swedish massage was a total waste of money. Mentioned my problem area twice and it wasn't massaged at all

I have booked this spa break as a treat on my birthday.
I wanted to spend the day relaxing and the spa.
The massage was great and the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room just what I wanted.
That being said, the afternoon tea was far from great. The dining room was empty and it looked unkept.
I was greeted by a bored non smiley waiter.
He quickly went through the menu and I checked with him if they had my ‘vegan and gluten free’ details noted. Some food had gluten and it tasted old.
