This hotel could be excellent ,it has so much to give but is let down by obviously not having enough staff to make this the hotel it deserves to be . Management listen and take notes of the reviews you have been given already .

The room was dirty, small-no air-cond, with a fan, noisy, travelodge/premier inner better
Spa very dated, dirty
Staff (male receptionist) rude, service terrible

We paid near £600 for 4 nights for 2 persons, absolutely horrific
Did a treatment, the girl is inexperienced, I am trained in beauty, charging £61 after discount for 50 mins, I expected someone who knows the trade.
My room has spider the size of a 50 p for 3 nights, one I managed to move it but the other stay till we left.
Deep Tissue Massage
No problem with the therapist but the treatment is basic and the charge is high. No justification to the price as there is so deep cleanse of skin.

Nice place to chill out .nice staff .breakfast needs more attention have to wait 15min for the buffet to get topped up . Why no fruit ?
Dinner: i ordered fish n chips ,the fish was half batter 🤔 had to send it back . Management in evenings need sorting out. Shouldn't have sent the fish to me looking like that !!

Overall we had a lovely time. However the staff seemed unhappy to work there, they were all polite but lacked energy and movation. At breakfast there was one lad working the floor all alone with alot of guests in the dinning Hall. We requested an early check in to which was £15, the room wasn't made up so we complained and we got given a new room. However the views were stunning and the food was lovely.
