The Elemis facial was very good, I could see and feel the difference in my skin. I would definitely recommend this treatment for anyone who would like to pamper themselves.

Our treatments and afternoon tea were lovely. The spa is however quite small and there was not much staff presence around to ask for things needed, even during the afternoon tea, we just felt quite left.

Friendly staff, very clean place, beautiful atmosphere, comfortable beds. Last but not least, fantastic breakfast. I would 100% recommend Guildford manor hotel and I can not wait going back.

The hotel, spa and cleanliness were really not up to any reasonable standard. Unisex and tiny changing room left us getting changed in the toilets. Lots of older men around and one was abusive to my daughter. Restaurant glasses and cutlery all marked, food average and sandwiches had dried out. The one positive was that the catering staff had accommodated my daughters food allergies. Staff were scruffy and tray with drinks dirty. Staff not attentive. Very stressful experience.
