Please do not book this spa at all. It is terrible. Spa was closed when we showed up there. Had to ask reception to find out what is going on. Massage was terrible as well. Hope they will be closed soon.

Disappointing experience, however therapist was good. Poor sign posting in hotel, the hotel is dated and badly need of updating, staff not trained, spa not manned, garden furniture was broken and layered out poorly, with limited shading. The changing rooms are inadequate, the toilet door was broken, a guest cut her finger on the toilet button and was in adequately dealt with, unisex changing rooms, not enough cubicles, ants in the lockers, musty smells pool, water cleanliness inadequate.
