A thoroughly enjoyable experience at the spa. My only criticism is that I would have preferred a larger robe !

My massage was just as I asked medium pressure and was very relaxing, I would recommend anyone to have a treatment at the Guildford manor spa .
Swedish Massage
I booked a Swedish massage. The therapist proceeded to give me a sports massage. I kept asking her to stop and telling her she was hurting me and yet she continued saying that it was good for me. I’ve had sports massages before. I am aware that they hurt however this is not what I wanted.
This is not what I booked. It is two days after my massage now and I am still in huge amounts of pain. She did not listen to my requests.

Swedish massage cancelled having already arrived as therapist was ill. Place was generally dated and if honest a bit grotty. (Showers not working). Staff only twigged there for spa day an hour in (before no towels/ribe etc). On the plus side food was good, as was settling and some partial refund was offered. In general whole place needs sharpening up before I'd even consider retuning to what on the face of it could be good
