Lovely relaxing place for a girls weekend. Therapists were amazing and all staff very professional. Twin bedroom was quite cramped and into the eves. But comfortable and clean. Some areas are a little tired. Judging from other reviews people do love to moan! If I had read them I may not have booked so glad I didn't. Food was excellent and overall would definitely return

This was my second visit but the first visit was way better. I requested a ground floor room due to my mum’s inability to climb stairs. When I called back a day before checking in the ground floor room wasn’t on the system. The receptionist managed to change it in the end. We arrived on the day to check in and were informed that our massages would have to be moved to the following morning at 10am then 11am. We were offered a glass of complimentary wine each at dinner as a “sorry”.

Fantastic massage. It is a lovely spa in a beautiful surroundings. We spent a lovely afternoon by the outside jacuzzi sipping a prosecco. Afternoon tea did not disappoint. Would highly recommend a visit and would definitely return.

Had a lovely spa break, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and my Swedish massage was really good. Overall a great stay and would definitely go back.
My only negative is the main pool could do with a little clean, but other than that I found the rest of the hotel and spa to be very clean and tidy.
