Friendly staff, well presented hotel and spa at first glance but when you look closer, deep cleaning all round is required. Pool and jacuzzi water was merky and there weren't enough sun beds for everyone. Our room (18) was nice but broken door handle to the bathroom, the phone didn't work for reception, only tea available with the kettle and the shower didn't drain very well. The food was really good for both the afternoon tea and the breakfast, very much enjoyed!

Lovely location, restaurant excellent, we originally booked for 5 nights but due to personal reasons had to leave early. The hotel gave us a very fair refund. Would certainly stay there again.
