Such a beautiful spa/hotel, however I didn't realise it was unisex changing rooms so initally I felt a little uncomfortable. The swimming pool and steam room was great. The sauna wasn't hot enough. Loved the Jacuzzi. The massage was great too and highly recommend the Indian head and back massage. We had lunch with our package and the starter (soup) was the best I ever had!! I did like the fish and chips too but found the Haddock quite salty. Overall 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I felt rushed in having my massage. I did not have time to check into my room for the overnight stay. I was rushed off to have the massage. Also the check in time was 3pm onwards and booked the spa experience based on the time however I later got an email to say my massage is booked for 3pm and my daughter for 4pm. Which I felt was mixed messaging.

The spa facilities were clean but there were some maintenance issues which made it look a little tired , loose handles on hot tub , paint in places a bit worn etc. grounds were gorgeous and tea was lovely
