My facialist (and the other staff) was lovely so 3 stars isn’t a reflection of her at all. I didn’t like the additional cost of add-ons, which you are required to choose when filling out the form before attending (and after booking) - £20 for some steam, which I would expect as standard for a decongesting facial).
I don’t think SPF was applied at the end either so my face felt quite hot after walking around London for the rest of the day.

I had a relaxing and rejuvenating visit! The manager Sophie spoke through what was included in the procedure and gave me a drink on arrival (much needed on a very hot day!). Hannah went through again and consulted with me on my skin type and goals for the session. It was a very calming environment, and Hannah was very thorough and obviously knew what she was doing. I felt very relaxed, and greatly appreciated the time taken. She also provided personalised recommendations afterwards. Recommend!
