I had a relaxing and rejuvenating visit! The manager Sophie spoke through what was included in the procedure and gave me a drink on arrival (much needed on a very hot day!). Hannah went through again and consulted with me on my skin type and goals for the session. It was a very calming environment, and Hannah was very thorough and obviously knew what she was doing. I felt very relaxed, and greatly appreciated the time taken. She also provided personalised recommendations afterwards. Recommend!
