I made contact with Richard about my recent shoulder injury as I had heard great things about him. He did not disappoint. Richard’s response was quick, friendly and helpful. Within a few minutes Richard had arranged a time slot with me to attend his studio to assess the work that needed doing. I was there for 1 hour and I walked away feeling confident with my recovery process. Within a few visits my shoulder is feeling so much better
