Disappointed unfortunately, I was really looking forward to this but was let down. I had text reminders which was great and very professional, had to fill out a medical form on entry which again was great.. however the massage overall wasn’t relaxing at all. There was, I assume, a staff room right next door and all I could hear throughout was two ladies talking. I even heard one say “ooh is there a Swedish massage going on in there?” And the other said yes but still continued to speak loudly. Also heard the phone ringing aswell, both of these just ruined the experience and ambiance for me. The massage itself was also not the best, didn’t feel like it relieved any stress or relaxed me, didn’t walk away happy. Will not be returning unfortunately but it’s a shame as it’s so local for me.
