I arrived at the salon 5 minutes prior to my appointment as requested, I was told to take a seat. 15 minutes later I was told that the therapist was running behind as she was new. After another 10 minutes I had to ask how long it'd be until I was seen, as I had another appointment to get to and was told 5-7 minutes. 5 minutes later they called me through. I was having the Hollywood Waxing. I was left for ages in the room after been taken through, I started to think maybe there was a bell I had to ring to inform them I was ready. The therapist, Mina, was friendly, reassuring and good at her job but she told me she wasn't new and had been there for a while? The price for Hollywood Waxing does not include bum area, so be aware you will be charged extra for this. The overall experience was average, I gave this salon a go despite the fairly shabby look of the place but wish I didn't to be honest. The cost of my treatment was about £22, which is what I used to pay at Bannatynes spa - where ambience and quality of products was better. I wasn't thanked for my custom or asked to rebook, so guess they don't want to see me again either?
