I had eyebrow threading and colour, I am pleased with the treatment. I feel the experience could be improved, there was absolutely no conversation started between the consultant and myself, this is quite common, I feel that a little bit of talking helps to feel friendly and valued as a customer. Very silent makes me feel uncomfortable!
