The Swedish massage was absolutely amazing, 5 stars. The woman (Mikaylah) knew what she was doing and was very professional. However, the facial was awful. The therapist left the room for about 10 minutes, she only removed my whiteheads for 30 seconds and it was very painful. She also didn’t massage my face properly and used excessive amounts of product on my face. I expected so much better. I think her name was Irene. Would never get a facial again but will come back monthly for the Swedish massage
