Venue staff friendly as I walked in, warm inside, offered a drink as I sat down. Michaela knew exactly what she was doing, communicated with me the whole time, worked out areas that were troublesome, friendly throughout, it was exactly what I needed, recommend to anyone who plays sports and needs their knots gone!
