I've always believed in the therapeutic power of touch and in the body's ability to heal itself. My role as a practitioner is to provide a nurturing space that guides the body back to a state of balance. Blending Osteopathy, therapeutic massage and reflexology, I work holistically to support your unique situation and goals - helping your find a sense of wellbeing, peace of mind and improved function in daily life. Having been a massage therapist for over 10 years, in 2022 I gained a Masters degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy, building on my existing experience and giving me a deeper understanding of injury, pain, and the body's capacity to adapt and recover. Following graduation, I spent a year on an internship with CORE Clapton - an Osteopathic practice supporting people living with chronic pain, which remains a particular area of interest for me. I enjoy working with a wide range of people and aim to create a space where you feel at ease, listened to, and supported throughout your treatment. I have experience treating a range of injuries and conditions and supporting people through different life stages. Such as: Neck & shoulder pain, tension headaches, low back pain and sciatica, nerve entrapments, joint pain, stress, anxiety and nervous system dysregulation, pre and post event training, pregnancy support.
As a bodywork practitioner, I love curating spaces that centre and facilitate rest, offer room to breath, and create space to dream of other possibilities. Through bodywork modalities like massage, facial and foot reflexology, ear acupuncture and aromatherapy my practice invites a sense of time and quiet - a balm and pause from grind culture, a movement towards a sense of alignment and softness. A typical treatment may include ear acupuncture, scalp and shoulder massage, reflexology, hot stone therapy and intuitive energy rebalancing, to invite a sense of deep calm and restore ease throughout your whole being. Each session is shaped around your individual needs.
