The experience was excellent from start to finish. The space was calm and welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the session. The pressure was perfect and the massage felt relaxing & remedial, with particular care taken around areas such as the shoulders and neck without any discomfort. Attention to detail stood out; the overall ambience, music, and products used were all 10/10!
