During arrival, no greeting from any staff member, nobody was managing the reception desk. They were running behind schedule by approx 20 mins, no apology or update of the situation. The first apron used to protect my clothes was covered in grey hair which the staff member realised and changed to a cleaner one. However the haircut turned out to be pretty good.

The smell of the place, the hygiene, the environment….All are terrible
Trashes are open all around,
Towels were dirty and everywhere placed!!
I did manicure and the shape was wrong, equipment used were dirty even the smell of the employee her self and her appearance were not pleasant.
They should take this comment seriously!!
