I have particularly frizzy curly hair and have had the same treatment in a number of places. This was probably the best experience. The staff were pleasant and gave very useful advice on my hair in general. I also appreciated that they were not doing a 'hard sell', which has encouraged me to go back and recommend it to my sister. The treatment worked well on my hair and I was also delighted that the version of the treatment they used meant I didn't have to wait the minimum 4 days to wash/tie up/exercise.

The staff was extremely friendly, and Jason, who cut my hair, gave recommendations on how much he thought I should take off for healthy-looking hair. I was nervous but I let him cut more than I'd initially intended and I couldn't be happier. He did a phenomenal job! He seemed very relaxed and took his time cutting and blowdrying which I appreciated. The salon was clean and bright. A great experience at Gravity!
I had a great haircut, perfectly finished and well executed.

Lovely and very friendly staff. Overall satisfied with the haircut I got. The hair stylist was very considerate to ask me what kind of cut I am looking for and did good job with that. I would love to visit again

Really enjoyed the experience at Gravity, Jason and Zaneta were very friendly. Zaneta cut my hair and is someone that is clearly passionate about her job. She did a great job with the cut, good practical advice for what would look best with minimum fuss (which is perfect for me!) and beautiful blow dry!
Would definitely go back and also recommend to friends!
