Due to something coming up last minute with my stylist I had to wait for a long time (I was emailed in advance but didn't read the email in time) so apart from this the haircut and deep conditioning treatment was good!

Booked an appointment with Gravity after having had a horrible cut by a trainee at another salon. This lady called Gina cut my hair and I'm so so pleased with it. What a difference a good cut makes! Thanks so much Gina! Returning again! 😁

Came here because they had decent reviews and £80 for a balayage, wash and blow dry seemed like a good deal. I'm now £80 out of pocket and left with a horrifically botched Balayage - what I got resembles more of a dip dye gone horribly wrong. For starters, the stylist used a comb to lob the dye through my hair and you can literally see the vertical marks from the comb. Instead of foils for layering and making sure the dyed hair didn't come into contact with the rest of my hair, she used wads of cotton wool which ended up either falling out or getting mangled in with the dye as she combed it through. It's completely uneven, patches of hair were missed and I now resemble a zebra. The only redeeming factor is that the haircut (which I paid an additional £20 for) was ok, but still can't hide the fact that I look like I tried to dye my hair myself at home. I now have to go to another salon and pay an extra £100 to get this botched job fixed. If you need a simple hair cut, fine, but do NOT go here if you're looking to get any colour treatments done.

The place is nice, but Jason wasn't there for the appointment so another member of staff cut my hair and it was all good. There were also other people looking to cut their hair with Jason but they said he went somewhere, which is not really professional if you have appointments.
