This hairdressers were highly rate from treatwell for a balayage treatment, however the final result was a disappointment. They did not blend in the colour, and it obvious were the lines are.

I wanted my hair color back (brown) and instead I got off with black dark hair. When I asked the hair colorist Gina why she did so, she said that I don’t get the color I want just because I like it. When I pointed out her tinted hair in blond she said that it’s different because we don’t have the same skin as I am black and I shall stick to black. Then when I paid the extra for cutting my hair, I asked for the bathrooms and she said I couldn’t use them because of « covid » whereas all the pubs allow you already to use them. I left the salon feeling like they did not really care about my experience or me, as an individual.
