The salon is a bit tired looking inside? maybe needs a restyle/ update. It was clean/ tidy though in general. The atmosphere was very cold, staff werent very chatty or so welcoming & very little products were used on my hair when drying/ styling. Paulette is a very nice lady but didnt chat much & the place felt very regimented. I was expecting a better experience for the price/ location. Perhaps the staff were a little uncomfy due to corona issues? (which is understandable).

Gravity is an excellent place to get your hair done - good atmosphere, music and generally reassuring and welcoming. A good range of staff and clients, never too busy and the clients are all well looked after and always pleased with the hair styles that they leave with. Definitely the destination to see and to experience the best dressed hair in Notting Hill!
