Violetta was really friendly and polite although it was slightly different to my normal hairdressing experience. She didn't speak through the haircut I was looking for before washing my hair, didn't check in with things like whether the water temperature was right and cut my layer my longer than asked for so had to be redone. It ended up being 20mins longer than stated so I had to leg it back to work. The haircut at the end was really good, I just wished she'd have checked in a bit more.

I am happy with my hair cut, which was skilfully and carefully done, but the treatment was disappointing and it didn’t feel at all like an indulgent treat at all.
The hairdresser was on her phone in between strokes of the hair brush which was quite odd. No heat protection or products before hair drying or using straighteners, which I thought was quite strange.
