I am happy with my hair cut, which was skilfully and carefully done, but the treatment was disappointing and it didn’t feel at all like an indulgent treat at all. The hairdresser was on her phone in between strokes of the hair brush which was quite odd. No heat protection or products before hair drying or using straighteners, which I thought was quite strange.
