I had horrible colouring in red, nothing like what we agreed. When I voiced my concerns I was told I should try and wash it out! This is completely unacceptable and they should really care about their customers more. I have also made a complaint about this with Treatwell and they have ignored it.

Lovely place, very welcoming and took their time to understand what I wanted at the beginning, as well as checking that I was happy with the cut and styling at the end. Kindly offered refreshments too. Highly recommended!
