Unfortunately I arrived to find the shop closed and my appointment actually started 2hrs after the original booking time, punctuality is very important to me I had to cancel several other plans for later that day, although my hair was done nicely sadly I didn’t have a great overall experience

Have been getting eyelash extensions for over 3 years and never have they taken nearly 2 hours, looked so bad and fallen out within 3 days. I complained at the time and was told there was no issue. They were sparse, gappy, and looked like a pair of Poundland stick ons. V v disappointing
