I had such a great experience with Sou! She was so lovely and polite from the moment I arrived, which made me feel really comfortable and at ease.
She did a perm for me, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. My curls turned out even better than I expected,so bouncy, defined, and natural-looking. She clearly knows exactly what she’s doing and took great care throughout the whole process.
I’d definitely recommend Sou to anyone thinking about getting a perm or wanting beautiful cur

Such a lovely and relaxing experience, Sou was amazing and I love my hair.

Sou took lots of time to try and understand what I wanted and make me feel comfortable, but I’m afraid I still don’t like the end result. It felt a bit like Sou was styling my hair how she thought it should be, not what I wanted. For example, blow drying with a flick even though I always wear my hair poker straight. And not softening the layers bec she thought it would look “ratty”. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend Sou.
