I had booked and you had confirmed that when I arrived the lady new nothing about my booking. She was on her own so through my treatment she had to go and deal with other clients. The head massage was completely different to any other Indian head massage I’ve had it was rough and basically just matted my hair. Was told a different price to what was on my booking also asked for money upfront never had to pay before the treatment. Therapist was on phone too while massaging my feet.
